Ministers of Youth and Sports in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister and to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, following the Kingdom of Bahrain’s hosting the 31st session of the GCC youth and sports ministers, lauding the kingdom’s generous hospitality and distinctive organizing of the meeting.
The ministers also expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs for the good preparations and organizing of the meeting.
The GCC youth and sports ministers today held their 31st ministerial session hosted in Manama. The ministers hailed the kind gesture of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa allocating the King Hamad Award for Empowering Youth to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs2030).
The GCC youth and sports ministers lauded the Kingdom of Bahrain’s initiatives aimed to achieve the SDGs as well the successful organizing of the 9th International Youth Conference attended by 1,000 young men and women hailing from various countries around the world.
