Fresh financial woes caused by alleged lack of support from the government prompt Ismaily club board members to resign en masse Isamily board members, headed by Mohamed Aboul-Saoud, officially tendered their resignations to the governor of Ismailia on Thursday, citing a lack of government support. "Management have resigned from their posts due to the ongoing poor support from the government," read a Thursday statement on the club's official website. "The government's intransigence regarding club projects has forced us to face more financial crises," the statement read. Aboul-Saoud won the club's top management post only two months ago.
