Bahrain’s delegation has today arrived in Saudi Arabia to take part in the 2014 Gulf Cup –"Khaleeji22"- which will kick off on Thursday (November 13) in Saudi Arabia.
Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Shaikh Humood bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa welcomed the delegation on arrival in Riyadh. In a statement to the media, he highlighted the keenness of the leadership to take part in such sport tournaments which consolidate GCC unified march and pushes forward the development efforts in the sectors of youth and sport in particular.
He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud for their efforts to promote youth and sport.
