Emad Al-Hosani's brace sent Al-Ahly top of the Saudi Arabian Premier League with a 2-0 win over Al-Faysali today. Al-Hosani struck in the 33rd and 87th minutes as the hosts moved two points ahead of Al Shabab, who have a game in hand. Najran also won 2-0 at Al-Qadissiyyah thanks to goals from Ahmed Mefleh (70) and Azan Maqbol (73). In the day's other game Al-Raed were 2-0 winners at Hajer with Abdulmohsen Al Dosari (45) and Waleed Al Gizani (60) on target.
