The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has given Ahly official permission for its Spanish training camp in January. “The EFA agreed to the three friendlies we are to play in January,” Ahly’s football sector manager Hadi Khashaba told Ahram Sports on Thursday. The Cairo giants are scheduled to play Spanish side Getafe on 2 January, Germany's Bayern Munich on 6 January and Qatari Army club two days later. The Reds are playing Tunisian champions Esperance in the CAF Champions League final on 4 November in Cairo in front of home fans. The match will be the first in Egypt with a live audience since February’s Port Said disaster. From: Ahram Online
