Ahly football director Sayed Abdel-Hafiz announced on Monday that the management decided to release stars Ahmed Hassan and Osama Hosni form the team squad next season. “Osama and Hassan are effectives and we thank them for their efforts with the team in the previous seasons,” read a statement on the official club site. After holding a meeting with the football director and finalizing all the financial details, Ahly’s duo can sign for any club in a free transfer. The 36-year-old midfielder Ahmed Hassan will sign for Zamalek in a two-year contract at LE7 million, while the 29-year-old striker Osama Hosni has reportedly reached an agreement with Maqassa to join them in the transfer window.From ahramonline .
