Former Australian international striker Mile Sterjovski is set to join Chinese Super League team Dalian Aerbin from A-League side Perth Glory. Glory said it would agree to terminate the final two months of Sterjovski's contract if he passes a medical with Dalian. "Mile has received an offer which he couldn't refuse," Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson said. "Perth Glory has never stood in the way of players wanting to play overseas and it's a blow to lose Mile at this stage of the season. "But we are not the only A-League club in this situation, and the contracts players are been offered in Asia is something we can't match at the moment." Sterjovski, 32, played for Australia at the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ and made 43 international appearances for eight goals. He joined Perth Glory after nine years playing in Europe for Lille, Basel and Derby County.
