Carlos Quintero scored the only goal as Santos Laguna won 1-0 at Cruz Azul to go back to the top of the Clausura table despite having two players sent off. Quintero netted three minutes before the break and Santos held on through an eventful second half which saw Jesus Parra sent off in the 73rd minute, despite being on the bench, then Aaron Galindo dismissed in the 90th. It lifted Santos to the top of the table, level on points with Morelia, who beat Estudiantes Tecos yesterday. Tigres Monterrey stayed within a point of Santos as a ninth-minute penalty from Lucas Lobos gave them a 1-0 win over Tijuana. Pachuca threw away a two-goal lead against Atlante, but emerged with a last-gasp 3-2 win as Mauro Cejas completed a hat-trick in stoppage time. Cejas scored from the spot in the fourth minute and added a second three minutes later, but Juan Cuevas pulled one back in the 34th minute and Jorge Guagua levelled three minutes after the break. Guagua turned villain when he was sent off seven minutes later, before Cejas stole the limelight and sealed the points for Pachuca. Luis Rey scored four minutes before the break and Jackson Martinez added two in the second half as Jaguares won 3-0 at Atlas, who had Facundo Erpen sent off, while Queretaro and Guadalajara drew 0-0.
