Dutch flier Arjen Robben scored an injury-time winner to send Bayern Munich into the quarter-finals of the German Cup on Tuesday, securing a 2-1 wint at second division side Bochum. Bochum midfielder Giovanni Federico had given the hosts a shock lead on 26 minutes but Toni Kroos levelled seven minutes into the second period after linking well with Mario Gomez. Jupp Heynckes's Bavarians had to scrap against an enthusiastic young Bochum side but Franck Ribery finally unlocked the door in setting up Robben's 91st-minute winner. Nuremberg slid out to second tier Greuther Fuerth, going down 1-0 while league champions Borussia Dortmund, suffering an extensive injury crisis and eager for the winter break to start, were in action later at second dvision near neighbours Fortuna Duesseldorf. Wednesday's standout match pits high-riding Borussia Moenchengladbach against holders Schalke, who are also going well in the league.
