Greek Super League club Panionios Athens announced the signing of Serbian midfielder Dejan Milovanovic one a one-year loan deal from French club Lens on Friday. Milovanovic, 27, played the bulk of his career at Red Star Belgrade (2001-2008) where he scored 17 goals in 152 matches. He joined Lens in 2008 and played for two seasons, scoring two goals in 40 matches. Lens sent him on loan last season back to Red Star Belgrade, where he scored three goals in 18 matches. Milovanovic has also played twice for the Serbian national team, in 2008. Panionios did not reveal the financial terms of the deal.
