Bayern Munich striker Ivica Olic has reiterated his desire to leave the club this winter if he fails to break back into the first team. The Croatian has yet to start a game for Bayern this season after recovering from a long injury absence, and says he cannot afford to stick around if the situation does not change, especially in view of UEFA EURO 2012. Croatia beat Turkey 3-0 last Friday to almost book their place at next summer's finals and Olic, who scored the opening goal in that match, does not want to miss out due to a lack of match practice. "This game confirms my opinion," he told the Suddeutsche Zeitung newspaper. "If my situation does not change, then I will try to leave this winter. I can still play two more years at the highest level." However, with Mario Gomez scoring at will and Bayern coach Jupp Heynckes preferring to play with just one striker, Olic's chances of claiming a regular starting berth seem slim.
