Bayern Munich posted record turnover of 528.7 million euros (658 million dollars) in the last business year, with profits of 16.5 million euros.
The turnover, taking in figures for the club and stadium operations, is up from 432.8 million, with a profit increase of 2.5 million euros, Friday's annual meeting was told.
The business year covers the period from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, the first season under Pep Guardiola in which the club won the German league and cup double for a second successive season.
Finance director Jan Christian Dreesen said the club had a capital of 405 million euros and now owned the Allianz Arena outright after paying off all outstanding debts, dpa reported.
