Anderlecht extended their lead at the top of the Jupiler League to four points with a 3-0 home win over third-placed Club Brugge. Two goals in the opening 24 minutes from Dieudonne Mbokani and Milan Jovanovic set Anderlecht on their way, and Matias Suarez added a third midway through the second half to seal a 13th win of the campaign for the pacesetters. In the day's other match, draw specialists Zulte-Waregem played out a 1-1 tie with Genk. Zulte-Waregem had looked set to claim only a third win of the campaign after taking a 67th-minute lead through Jens Naessens, but they were denied by a 90th-minute equaliser from Jeroen Simaeys as they chalked up a tenth draw in 20 games.
