Assistant Undersecretary of the Information Ministry for Radio Affairs Youssef Mustafa announced on Tuesday that the ministry has completed its preparations to participate in the celebration of the World Radio Day on Wednesday. Mustafa told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that Kuwait's radio is keen to be present in global events such as the World Radio Day set by the United Nations and the (UNESCO) on February 13. He added that the participation comes as part of the role Kuwaiti media plays amongst Arab and international media bodies as Kuwait has a history full of achievements in various fields. He pointed out that a number of domestic programs including (Good morning Kuwait), (Good evening), (Maraheb) and others would take part in the celebration.
