Jordanian Ministry of Education Amman - Arab Today The Jordan Teachers Association (JTA) on Tuesday said it has provided the Education Ministry with a list of violations committed by heads of examination halls and monitors during the General Secondary Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) summer session for further investigation. The JTA said the violations varied between allowing students to take exams in halls other than those assigned by the ministry and letting some of them keep their mobile phones during the exam. The association also commended the ministry's efforts to safeguard the reputation of the Tawjihi and its readiness to reduce the number of examination halls from 2000 to 800 in future examination sessions at the JTA's request.
