Yemeni Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Abdulmalik al Mekhlafi has condemned the seizure of a camp in Omran province in northern Yemen by Houthi militias and forces loyal to former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Mekhlafi, who is also the head of the government's delegation in Kuwait talks, said on his official Twitter account on Sunday that Yemen and its government exerted tireless efforts to restore peace to the country and the necessary stance will be taken in response to Houthi's move in Omran province.
The attack on the camp blows up peace talks in Kuwait, he went on to say.
Militias of Houthis and former Yemeni president launched yesterday evening an attack on Lewa' al Amaleqa camp, after sieging it for a long time.
