The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, OIC, has condemned a terrorist attack that struck a neighbourhood in Baghdad and left scores of innocent people dead and injured.
Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, OIC, said that this terrorist act aims at undermining security and stability in Iraq, reiterating the organisation's solidarity with Iraq in the fight against terrorism.
A car packed with explosives blew up on Thursday in Al-Baya district, southwest of Baghdad, killing and wounding more than 100 people.
