The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its strong condemnation of the terrorist bombing that took place in Al Gharbia governorate in the Egyptian Delta on Saturday, injuring dozens of innocent people, including serious injuries.
OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al Othaimeen said the "terrorist" attack was targeting security and stability of Egypt, as well as "terrorizing innocent people". Al Othaimeen strongly condemned this "criminal act," and voiced solidarity with the Egyptian government, wishing speedy recovery for the injured.
Thirteen policemen and three civilians were injured when a bomb exploded near a police training facility in the Nile Delta north of Cairo on Saturday.
