Naqabat Al-Ashraaf on Saturday mourned the death of 107 pilgrims in Saudi Arabia when a crane collapsed on Friday in the Muslim holy city of Mecca because of stormy weather.
Some 238 people were also injured in the crane crash.
In a statement Saturday, Chairman of Naqabat Al-Ashraaf Mahmoud El Sherif condoled with Saudi Arabia.
He lauded the efforts exerted by Mecca Emir Prince Khalid al-Faisal for offering all needed medical assistance to avoid more casualties.
