Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has cabled Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressing deep condolences on the deaths in the latest terrorist attack in Istanbul, KUNA reported on Sunday.
The Kuwaiti leader prayed for heavenly mercy for the victims, affirming Kuwait's strong condemnation of this blatant and criminal act that targeted the innocent, contrary to humanitarian doctrines and values.
He also voiced support for the Turkish authorities' measures to "face such terrorist acts intended to undermine the country's security and stability," re-affirming Kuwait's rejection of all forms of terrorism and standing on the side of the international community to fight and crush it.
