Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah sent a cable of condolences to UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nuhayyan over the death of UAE citizens in a terrorist attack in Kandahar in Afghanistan which targeted UAE diplomats.
The UAE ambassador to Afghanistan was injured in the attack.
The Kuwaiti emir denounced and condemned that heinous attack that targeted innocent people.
He also sent a cable of condolences to UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum over the victims of the attack.
Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber al Mubarak al Hamad al Sabah sent similar cables of condolences.
