Kuwait has condemned the Munich attack in Germany which killed and wounded scores of innocent people.
In a statement Monday, the Kuwait cabinet insisted that such crimes are incompatible with all religions and expressed sincere condolences to the German government.
The crime was committed by David Ali Sonboly, an 18-year-old man, who was described as depressed and had spent two months in a psychiatric unit last year, police have revealed.
The teen who had German and Iranian nationality, was obsessed with mass killings and spent a year preparing for the shooting spree, police said.
At least nine people were killed scores wounded during Sonboly's attack, Investigators have ruled out any link with Daesh jihadists, although he appeared to have planned the assault with chilling precision for a year.
