Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashed Al-Zayani, GCC Secretary-General, yesterday strongly condemned the two terrorist bombings which targeted a football stadium in Istanbul, leaving dozens of people dead and many more wounded.
Dr. Al-Zayani described the blast as 'a terrorist crime that contradicts all moral and humanitarian values and international laws'. He expressed the GCC States' disapproval of this horrible crime, and reiterated support for the Turkish government in its efforts to combat terrorist organisations.
Dr. Al-Zayani extended his condolences to the Turkish government and the families of the victims, wishing for a speedy recovery for all the wounded.
