The Gulf Cooperation Council's (GCC) countries have condemned the attack on a rehabilitation center in the Southeastern Bahraini village of Jaww on Sunday by armed men that killed one policeman and injured another.
In a press statement, GCC Secretary General Abdullatif al Zayani strongly condemned the heinous act of terrorism, saying that the Gulf countries will fully support Bahrain in any measures taken to defend its security, according to KUNA News Agency on Monday.
Al Zayani expressed his confidence that Bahraini authorities will bring those responsible to justice in no time, and arrest terrorism convicts who escaped the center upon the attack.
