Head of the Evangelical Church of Egypt Bishop Andrea Zaki on Wednesday condemned the brutal terrorist attack that targeted a hotel where judges supervising the parliamentary elections in Arish city of North Sinai stayed.
In a statement, Zaki said the aim behind this cowardly attack that claimed the lives of seven people, including two judges, is to destabilize Egypt.
He added this terror act contradicts categorically with all religions and human values, asserting that all segments of the Egyptian people reject all forms of terror and violence.
Zaki urged all to unite against all attempts aimed at hindering the development march.
He offered condolences to the victims' families and wished the injured speedy recovery.
