Bahrain has strongly condemned yesterday's terrorist attack in Istanbul that killed and injured scores of people.
"The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Turkish government and the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery of all those injured by this heinous terrorist attack that aims to kill and threaten lives in contradiction to all religious, humanitarian and ethical values and principles," the ministry said in a statement carried by Bahrain News Agency, BNA.
"The Foreign Ministry reiterates the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the Republic of Turkey and its support to all measures it adopts to ensure its security and stability as well as to safeguard the safety of its citizens and residents. The Ministry renews the Kingdom of Bahrain’s rejection of the use of violence and terrorism in all their forms and manifestations, as well as call for the international community to join efforts to eradicate this phenomenon that threatens all nations," the statement added.
