Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil Al Arabi has condemned the coordinated bomb attack that took place in Yemeni city of Al Mukalla and killed at least 38 Yemeni servicemen.
In a statement issued today, Al Arabi said that such terrorist attacks aim to terrorize civilians, undermine security and hamper the path of ongoing political consultations between the Yemeni parties in Kuwait.
Al Arabi stressed the importance of concerting Arab and international efforts to fight terrorism in all its forms. He called for assisting Yemen in facing this dangerous scourge that is obstructing the efforts for achieving political settlement.
