Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil Al Arabi expressed condemnation of the attack which targeted 'Nasa Hablod' hotel in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, killing and wounding a number of people.
In a statement released today Al Arabi said that such terrorist attacks will not discourage Somali government and people's efforts in building their state institutions. He called for addressing the terrorist operations in Somalia through the provision of all sorts of support to the Somali forces and the mission of the African Union in Somalia.
The Arab Chief called for doubling the efforts of rebuilding the Somali state institutions, and enabling them to address the roots of terrorism.
