Faux pas causes model change by David Yurman New York - Arabstoday It’s not unusual for brands to swap out models from season to season, but it has been reported that Kate Moss was dropped by New York jeweller David Yurman after representing the brand for eight years. Moss was replaced by the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen. The snub comes after Kate allegedly upset Yurman by posing for photographs for fashion house Fred, with whom she co-designed a jewelry line. A source close to the jewelry house said: “David decided that after Kate’s faux pas she just wasn’t the right fit for the brand any longer.” Meanwhile Giselle is seen in new photos for David Yurman‘s Fall 2012 lifestyle campaign which was shot on the beaches of Malibu by Peter Lindbergh.
