Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bader Hamad Al-Issa said Sunday instructions of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah following the constitutional oath set out the "roadmap we will follow." Al-Issa, who was sworn in before His Highness the Amir on the occasion of his appointment, hoped these instructions would contribute to the development of the government work.
Senior managements and employees at the ministries of education and higher education need to join hands to address issues of concern, Al-Issa told KUNA on sidelines of a dinner banquet hosted by Parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim for members of the legislative and executive authorities.
Meanwhile, Yaagoub Abdulmohsen Al-Sanea, the new Minister of Justice, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs said he was looking forward for achievement of justice and comprehensive reforms.
Al-Sanea said his priority would be addressing the red tape concerning the execution of judicial sentences and real estate registration.
He also said that the ministry of awqaf and Islamic affairs should work hard on strengthening moderation by fighting extremist ideas that aimed at tarnishing the merits of Islam.
