Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah Ras Al-Khaimah - Arab Today The culinary team at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah are creating an enchanted wonderland of green rolling hills, Easter bunnies, lollipops seemingly floating in the sky, rivers of chocolate and an abundant collection of Easter eggs in the lobby. An 18 x 14ft chocolate wonderland will be on display from April 17 to 21 at the hotel, with the team using 500kg of chocolate to create a chocolate lake (2x1m) and chocolate tree (2meters) among other things. The hotel maintains that a splendid Easter Village will come to life with green rolling hills, chocolate flowing rivers, baby bunnies, bespoke chocolate eggs and skies filled with lollipops. They will also be making bespoke Easter eggs that can be personalised with gifts inside. Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah has embraced the Easter spirit with an impressive countryside scene evoking childhood memories. The delightfully bespoke Easter eggs can help you make your day – choose a symbol of love to be encapsulated in chocolate – a diamond ring, a personal note, a gift for the children or a family photograph. Each Easter egg will be "lovingly hand-made from an age old recipe or can be spiced up with a little bit of chilli or a particular coco favourite,” says the hotel. Qasr al Bahar has a tempting feast at lunch time, where friends and families can join together for delectable delicacies overlooking the Arabian Sea. Visitors may also take the opportunity of a beautifully prepared and presented hamper for a picnic at home or on the beach. In addition, children can take part in the exciting Bunny Treasure Hunt based from the Kids Club while they burn off the calories from devouring all of the chocolate from the spectacular village.
