Algeria boasts beautiful beaches Algiers - Khaled Alwash Algerian Minister of Tourism and Craft Industry, Mohamed Benmeradi, has said that Algeria seeks to attract 11 million tourists by the year 2025. A national plan to boost tourism in Algeria will be set up to achieve this objective, Benmeradi announced during National Tourism Day celebrations on Tuesday at Riadh el Feth in Algiers. Benmeradi confirmed that huge investments and projects are underway for the promotion of tourism in Algeria. He insisted on the need to "meet the challenge of ensuring quality and necessary human resources in the management of tourist infrastructures."
