Minister of Justice, Salim Jreissati, appointed on Friday a chief of affairs, Judge Marwan Karkabi, at the Ministry of Justice to defend the rights of Istanbul terrorist attack fallen victims, upon the request of President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, a statement issued by Jreissati's media bureau said.
