The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the blast that took place in the Pakistani city of Lahore, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries.
The Foreign Ministry, in a statement on Wednesday, said that the State of Qatar condemns this criminal act that is contrary to all values, ethics and humanitarian principles. The Ministry stressed that the State of Qatar stands in solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
It also reaffirmed Qatar's stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever their motives or causes. The statement expressed Qatar's sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Pakistani government and people, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
