Coach of Wydad Casablanca’s Al Hussein Amouta expressed his hope that his Liberian player William Jebor during the coming match against Egypt’s Ahly football team. He added that the player decided to return to his country to participate in the funeral of his mother, stressing the need for winning the coming match to keep their opportunity to qualify for the coming round in African Champions League.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that the Egyptian team managed to win the first match held in Cairo, as they used the two mistakes the Moroccan defenders committed during the match. He added that he prepared a number of defenders to participate in the coming match.
He stressed, “We need seven points to qualify for the coming round in CAF Champions League. We will perform each match individually.” He added, “The lack of discussion about Al-Ahli will undoubtedly be influential because of its great experience in African competitions and also for its great ability to cut the ball and disrupt opponents' attacks, but despite this absence we have other players who can offer a better level.”
