Egyptian footballer Samir Sabry Cairo - Hossam Al Sayed Egypt's airport security stopped former football player Samir Sabry from travelling to Turkey on Thursday in response to an order by the authorities. Sabry, who is known for supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, participated in the Rabaa al-Adawiya sit-in for ousted president Mohammed Morsi, reported the state news agency. The football player was frequently seen at the demonstration and once participated in a match held by Morsi's supporters. The sit-in was dispersed by security forces earlier this month.
