Mohamed Naguib is suffering from a back problem Cairo - Hossam al-Sayed Al-Ahly defender Mohamed Naguib is a doubt for the side's Club World Cup match against Japanese outfit Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Sunday. The 27-year old complained to the club doctor about back pains, with medical staff later confirming that the former Ittihad El-Shorta defender is suffering from severe cramp. Team doctor Ehab Ali said that Naguib is involved in a "race against time" to be fit for Sunday's game because he did not take part in the club's training session in Nagoya on Thursday. Meanwhile, striker Waleed Soliman was back in training on Thursday after missing Wednesday's session through a knee injury. Fellow frontman El-Sayed Hamdy passed a fitness test on Thursday, declaring himself fit for Sunday's game. Ahly coach Hossam El-Badry watched Hiroshima beat New Zealand’s Auckland City 1-0 on Thursday, as part of his preparations for the match.
