Moawad has been to Portugal and Qatar Cairo - Hossam Al Said Al-Ahly's Egyptian international Sayed Moawad is travelling to Germany on Wednesday to speed up recovery from a foot injury. The 33-year old has out of action for nearly four months after aggravating the injury during a brief return to action at the Club World Cup in December. The full-back has obtained a visa to Germany and is expected to travel with club doctor Ehab Ali, who will monitor his progress. Ahly midfielder Hossam Ghaly arrived in Germany on Saturday to receive treatment on a knee injury he picked up in Japan. Mowad is hopeful treatment will be a success after failing to benefit from programmes in Portugal and Qatar. Earlier this month, the former al-Ismaily left-back told FilGoal.com that Ahly club doctors have been ignoring his injury, and he holds them responsible for his lengthy absence.
