Moroccan coach Murad Falah praised the participation of Morocco's national team in the African Cup of Nations held recently in Gabon, describing it as successful. He appreciated the role of French coach Hervei Renard who managed to restore the strength of Morocco and the pride of Moroccan people.
He added, in an interview with "Arabs Today", that the coach performed a major role on both technical and fitness levels. He also helped the players cope with the African atmosphere on the contrary of previous coaches who were complaining the failure of players playing with European teams to cope with the African atmosphere.
He praised the Royal Football League's decision to contract with the French coach in critical time, saying that they decided to exclude the previous coach for his failur to meet their aspiration regarding the players' performance although he achieved the required results.
He praised the performance of Moroccan players durin their match against Egypt in the quarterfinal of the tournament, saying they are defeated due to the bad luck
