Rabiea is a rising star in Ahly ranks Cairo - Hossam al-Said Al-Ahly's young defender Rami Rabiea has been forced to withdraw from the Egyptian national team because of exams. The 19-year old's impressive performances for the Cairo side at the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan led to an international call-up for the friendly match against Qatar on December 28. However, Rabiea has now withdrawn himself and apologised to Bob Bradley, because of his educational commitments. Meanwhile, Rabiea has emerged as a transfer target for French Ligue one team, Sochaux. According to reports, Sochaux have offered the youngster the chance to join their youth team, but he has told them to deal with al-Ahly. Rabiea signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils last year.
