The Israeli occupation forces launched Wednesday a large-scale arrest campaign in several East Jerusalem neighborhoods. Local sources said Wednesday that at least 15 Palestinians were detained in overnight raids in Silwan, al-Tur and Issawiya neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces tore down the walls of a Balata refugee camp home in Nablus and threatened the owner to demolish the second floor of his building under the pretext he used it as a lathe shop, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.
Security sources said that the forces raided and searched several homes in the camp, located in Nablus, and set fire to one house damaging its furniture before leaving the area.
