Israeli forces shot dead a Palestinian man and injured during a raid on Ar-Ram town, north of Jerusalem, early Wednesday.
The Israeli forces raided Ar-Ram, where they stormed and ransacked a blacksmith workshop purportedly for manufacturing arms, state news agency (WAFA) reported.
An Israeli military spokesperson said that troops "spotted" a vehicle running towards them when they were conducting a "search operation" during which they purportedly "uncovered an arms workshop".
One of the troops, who purportedly "felt in danger", opened fire at the vehicle, in which three Palestinians were riding, killing one and injuring another.
She added that the third Palestinian, unharmed, was detained during the raid and taken for interrogation.
