Minister of Industry and Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel-Nour revealed the establishment of a new investment fund in Egypt in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates and Russia.
In a press conference with Russian Industry Minister Denis currently visiting Egypt, Abdel-Nour said the Abu Dhabi investment fund along with some Egyptian banks will contribute to the fund.
The Russian minister said a number of joint agreements will be signed in many fields especially in the agriculture domain, pointing out that Russia is the most important exporter of wheat to Egypt as it exports about 4 million tons annually to Egypt.
