Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab has said the economic conference due in Sharm el Sheikh in March will send a message to the world that Egypt is changing.
Mahlab was speaking Thursday to a meeting with businessmen in South Sinai.
"We are working on solving problems facing investors and some of them were already solved," he said, adding that 260 of total 350 such problems were solved.
The premier said the final discussions of the investment law are underway to be one of the best in the world.
Anti-corruption efforts are being exerted, said Mahlab, noting that there was a high-level committee working on the issue.
He said that easing administrative procedures will help counter corruption.
