Yemen's foreign ministry has expressed its thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all the sisterly Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Arab countries that supported and cherished the right of the Yemeni people to self-determination and restoration of their state and institutions which the coup militias usurped and manipulated to mislead world public opinion.
In a statement issued by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the ministry affirmed the unity of the Yemeni people's shared destiny with all their Arab brethren especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who responded to the call of duty and shouldered the burden of the leadership of the Arab coalition and made use of its potential to restore legitimacy in Yemen.
It valued the efforts by Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Yemen, Mohammed Saeed Al Jaber, to inform the British public opinion about the ugly face of the coup.
