President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 182 of 2016 appointing three judges to the Federal Court of First Instance.
Judges Al Bura'ee Abu Al-Nasr Amer, Asami Mohammad Mohammad Kishk and Ahmad Abd Al-Mo'ezz Ahmad Ibrahim took oath before Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi, Minister of Justice, at the Ministry.
Counselor Majed Saeed Obaid bin Butti Al Muhairi was sworn in as a judge in the Court of First Instance in Ajman, after his service in the Federal Prosecution came to an end.
Ministry officials who attended the swearing-in ceremony included Sultan Rashid Al Matroushi, Acting Under-Secretary, and Jassem Saif Bu Asseeba, Director of the Judicial Inspection Department.
