Umm Al Quwain police have arrested two men for allegedly attacking their friend with an axe, causing him severe injuries following a dispute, a police official told Gulf News. The official said that the police the two accused fled to another emirate but police arrested them later. "Both of them did not carry any official documents on them," added the official. He said the injured man was transferred to the Umm Al Quwain Hospital for treatment. Article continues below One of the accused had been jailed earlier on some other charges while the other was deported from the UAE he managed to re-enter the country illegally, according to the police.
