Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued directives to resolve the drinking water problem in Haram area in Giza governorate after citizens sent complaints to the president via the presidential email on water cut for long times.
Sources at the presidential media office said the president ordered accelerating measures to resolve the problem which resulted from urban expansion during the past years.
Upon Sisi's directives, a major water pipe will be extended to the area from the 6th of October water station to ease the suffering of the citizens, said the sources, adding that directives had been also issued to expand water stations in areas of El Ayyat, El Saf, Etfeih and Abul Nomros to meet the citizens' needs.
