Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed on Wednesday evening held talks with Shaikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, at Bait al Baraka. Fraternal relations During the meeting, cordial conversations were exchanged. The meeting also reviewed aspects of the existing bilateral co-operation between the two countries and means of supporting and enhancing the strong fraternal relations binding the two peoples to serve their aspirations within the framework of the GCC march, reported ONA. The meeting was attended by Sayyid Khalid Bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of the Royal Court, Yusuf Bin Alawi Bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, and Darwish Bin Ismaeel Al Balushi, Minister Responsible for Financial Affairs. It was also attended from the Qatari side by Shaikh Hamad Bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Dr Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Bin Khalid Al Qahtani, Health Minister and the delegation accompanying the emir. Later the Sultan hosted a dinner at Bait Al Barkah in honour of the visiting Qatari leader. The dinner was attended by a number of ministers and members of the delegation accompanying the Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar. Earlier on Tuesday, Shaikh Hamad arrived in Muscat on a two-day private visit.
