National workforce employment, training programmes highlighted in Bahrain

Minister of Labour, Chairman of Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Jameel bin Mohammad Ali Humaidan, today received Northern Governorate representative, MP Majid Ibrahim Al-Majid
The minister underlined the importance of coordination between Executive and Legislative branches in achieving principles of partnership and cooperation in the interest of the nation in all fields, mainly labour sector.
He noted the efforts of the ministry and LMRA in the direction of the development of various services provided for clients, job seekers and employers.
He gave a brief overview of the key projects and programmes in the area of employment, training and rehabilitation and the system of Insurance against Unemployment.
MP Al-Majid commended strategies followed by the ministry aimed at providing decent employment opportunities and training and rehabilitation programmes for national workforce.
